Sachin Bishnoi A Key Player in Sidhu Moosewala's Murder Conspiracy

Sachin Bishnoi had fought tenaciously to evade extradition after being detained in Azerbaijan last year. He moved an appeal to a higher appellate authority in Azerbaijan to avoid facing justice in India. However, his efforts were thwarted, and the rejection of his appeal prompted the Ministry of Home Affairs to take action. The ministry directed the Delhi Police to proceed with his extradition.

Sachin Bishnoi hails from Fazilka in Punjab and is closely related to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is suspected to be one of the main conspirators in Sidhu Moosewala’s murder. Shockingly, Sachin publicly claimed responsibility for the crime through a Facebook post. His association with the prime accused raised several questions about his role in the heinous act.

In a daring move, Sachin Bishnoi managed to leave India using a fake passport, just before the incident took place. He traveled via Dubai under the guise of Tilak Raj Tuteja, a resident of Sangam Vihar in southeast Delhi. Subsequently, he flew to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, where he was ultimately apprehended. His escape plan showcased the extent to which he was willing to go to avoid facing the law.

Apart from his alleged involvement in Sidhu Moosewala’s murder, Sachin Bishnoi is wanted in an extortion case in the Mohan Garden area of Delhi. Additionally, he is linked to two similar offenses in Punjab, leading to a red corner notice being issued against him. This international notice alerts law enforcement agencies globally to locate and provisionally arrest Sachin, setting the stage for his extradition.

Officials have asserted that Sachin played a crucial role in organizing the logistics of Moosewala’s murder before fleeing India. His extradition back to India is expected to open up new leads and unearth the missing links in the case. Authorities are hopeful that this development will lead them closer to understanding the entire conspiracy behind the tragic demise of the Punjabi singer.

The extradition of Sachin Bishnoi marks a significant milestone in the investigation of Sidhu Moosewala’s murder. The alleged conspirator’s return to India promises to shed light on the intricacies of the crime and the involvement of other individuals. As the investigation proceeds, justice will be sought for the beloved singer, and the truth will prevail.
